Tamara Folz, MD, FAAP, IBCLC at All Better Pediatrics in Memphis, TN

She has completed her psychobiology degree at the University of California at Santa Cruz and did the honors at Phi Beta Kappa (the highest possible collegiate honors). She also graduated first in her class and is a Faculty Medal winner at the University of Tennessee Medical School Memphis, TN. She also did an honors from Alpha Omega Alpha (the highest possible medical school honors).

Dr. Folz is a licensed lactation consultant and can provide assistance to moms and babies who need extra help breastfeeding. Previously, Dr. Folz worked in partnership with Dr. Hubert L. Dellinger, one of the original pediatricians in Memphis. When he retired, she took over his practice. She is also a fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics and completed her residency at LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center Memphis, TN.

Her goal is to create an atmosphere where patients and their families will feel comfortable, safe, and treated like people, not numbers.

Dr. Folz is married to Jim, and they have two beautiful daughters whom they learn from every day.
